SELF-DEFENSE CLASS

Scheduled on a Demand-Basis

 

The purpose of this class is to teach self-defense techniques, including pressure points, escape techniques, awareness and using every-day items as weapons.  This is a class designed specifically for women.   These classes are scheduled on a demand-basis, so contact Master Scheuermann if you are interested.

 

It is a fun, energetic class, with warm-up exercises for stretching, toning and injury prevention; self-defense training including Tae Kwon Do & Krav Maga techniques; and discussion.  If you are interested in exercise along with useful, self-defense knowledge, promoting self-confidence and body awareness, this class is a great way to experience it.   It’s also a great way to combat physical and mental stress!
